Good to know

Do I need to be technical to use it?

Not at all. If you can use a shopping website, you can use Consignloop. It runs in your browser on any computer, tablet, or phone — nothing to install.

Can I use it in any country and currency?

Yes — Consignloop can be used anywhere in the world. You can set the currency to match your store's location, so prices, commission splits, and payouts all show in the money you actually use.

Can I bring my existing consignors and inventory over?

Yes. You can bulk-upload your current inventory from a spreadsheet, and at launch we'll help early customers move their data in so you're not starting from scratch.

Do my consignors get access to anything?

Only if you want them to. You can switch on a private login for any consignor so they can see their sold items, what's in store, and their balance — and optionally let them submit new items for your approval. You control it per person and can turn it off anytime.

Where does my data live, and is it safe?

Your shop's data is stored securely in the cloud behind your own login, and syncs across your devices. It's yours — you can export everything to a spreadsheet whenever you like.

Does it replace my point-of-sale or card processor?

Consignloop handles the consignment side — inventory, commission splits, payouts, and consignor records — and lets you record a sale in seconds. It isn't a card processor, so it works alongside however you take payment today.
