Which version am I on? Settings → About shows the version. If it is older than the latest here, refresh the page once; a tab left open for days keeps running the old copy until it is refreshed. Asked for something? Email support@consignloop.com. The requests that make the product better for every store are usually built within the week.
November 2026
Version 2.20.0
Pay consignors for one month at a time
- Payouts → Pending Payments has a new Pay for sales through choice. Pick a month (October 2026) and every balance on the page, the Export CSV file and each Pay Now button count only sales up to the end of that month. Anything sold since stays on the balance for next time, and the page says how much that is.
- The payout form opens with the amount and the period (“October 2026”) already filled in, and that period is what the consignor sees in the email and on the statement.
- Reports has a Last Month range, and the consignor CSV there now has Earned and Paid columns for the period, so “what does each consignor get for October” is one export.
Asked for by a store that budgets month by month and pays October in early November.
Version 2.19.0
A record of every email sent to a consignor
- Open any consignor and scroll to Emails sent: the date and time, which email it was (payout notice, sale notification, pickup notice, portal invitation, password reset), the address it went to, and whether the mail service accepted it.
- When someone says “I never got the payout email”, this is where you look. It usually shows the real explanation: the address on file.
- Emails that could not be sent are listed too, with the reason: no usable address, or refused by the mail service.
Records start from November 2, 2026.
Version 2.18.1
Consignor search in alphabetical order, and overpaid balances shown
- Typing a name or part of a name in the Consignors search now lists the matches alphabetically by last name.
- A consignor who was paid out before a sale was reversed used to show a dash. The Consignors page now says, for example, “$12.00 overpaid”, so you can see it and it nets against their next sale.
Version 2.18.0
Twenty of the same thing: one entry, twenty numbers, twenty tags
- Add Item has a new How many of this item? field. Enter 20 and Consignloop creates 20 records with consecutive item numbers, one tag each, all with the same consignor, price and split.
- Why not print one tag twenty times? A sale is recorded per item number, and a tag that has already sold is refused at the register. One number per piece is what keeps the consignor's balance right.
- The split card shows the total for all the pieces, and the Just added strip holds up to 25 items.
October 2026
Service update
Square: every sale recorded exactly once, and markdowns that reach the register
- When Square delivers the same payment twice (it does, under load), Consignloop now records the sale once. Earlier duplicate sales in affected stores were cleaned up with the owners.
- Automatic markdowns are now sent to Square, and the catalog is re-priced daily, so the price at the register matches the price in Consignloop.
Square integration is part of the Pro plan.
Version 2.17.0
Tick several items at once; Bulk Upload catches duplicates and can be undone
- Inventory rows have tick boxes. Tick a few, or Select all in the current list, then Print tags or Delete them together (unsold items only, with a confirmation).
- Bulk Upload now warns when a row matches an item you already have (same consignor, brand, size, category and price) and skips those rows unless you say otherwise.
- After an import there is an Undo this import button, for the file that went in twice.
Version 2.16.0
Tags for new items only, fixing the item you just added, and checking a day against Square
- Consignloop remembers which tags have been printed. Inventory → Filters → Tags shows Not printed yet or Already printed, and the list sorts newest first by default.
- Add Item stays on the page after each item. A Just added strip lists what you entered this sitting, with Fix and Tag buttons, and the edit form has Save & Print Tag.
- Square sales now record the price after any register discount, dated by your store's local day rather than UTC.
- Settings → Integrations has Check a day against Square: pick a date and see the two totals side by side, with any sale that is in one place and not the other.
Version 2.15.0
Edits made while the connection drops are kept, not lost
- If the app cannot reach the cloud, a red bar says so immediately, counts the unsaved changes, and retries on its own every 15 seconds and the moment the connection returns.
- If the page is reloaded during an outage, the changes are recovered on the next load and sent, with a green bar telling you what was recovered.
- Bulk Upload accepts an optional item_id column, so items re-entered from tags you already printed keep their printed numbers.
- The app itself moved to Cloudflare's network the same day, where the rest of Consignloop already runs.
Version 2.14.0
“What you sell”: item fields for stores that are not clothing
- Settings → What You Sell lets you turn Size, Condition and Colour off, rename them (Scent, Flavour, Design), and give each one your own list of values.
- Every form, tag, filter and CSV template follows, so a market of makers or an estate-sale business gets a form that fits what it sells.
Version 2.13.1
Print the size large and bold
- A tag option for shops where the size is what customers look for first. The size prints on its own line, as large and heavy as the price, on strip labels such as the DYMO 30334.
Version 2.13.0
Batch tag printing, the date on the floor, and automatic markdowns
- Print Tags on the Inventory page prints every tag in the current list at once, in item-number order.
- Items have a date on the floor separate from the date received, so stock taken in before opening day starts its consignment period when it actually goes out.
- Automatic markdowns: set a schedule (for example 25% off after 30 days, 50% after 60) and prices step down on their own, with the consignor's share recalculated on the price actually paid.
Version 2.12.1
Sign-in errors say what is actually wrong
- A wrong password now says so. It used to be reported as an expired session, which sent one owner on a long detour through her device settings.
September 2026
Version 2.12.0
An “are you sure?” step before a payout is recorded
- Recording a payout now shows the consignor, amount and method and asks you to confirm. A double-click can no longer record the same payout twice.
Version 2.11.0
Search inventory by colour; DYMO tags print on one label
- Colour is searchable and filterable in Inventory, so “the red dress” can be found without a brand or a number.
- On DYMO address labels the barcode could spill onto a second label when the printer reports a slightly short page. Tags now fit on one label regardless.
Version 2.10.0
Every amount rounded to the cent
- Shares, balances, payouts and report totals are rounded to the cent at the moment they are calculated and stored, so a statement never shows $12.499999 and columns always add up.
- Reports gained a Name column and all CSV exports use two decimals.
Version 2.9.0
Pickup notices you can edit before sending
- The expired-items and declined-items notices open in an editor first, so you can change the wording for one consignor, and Settings has a store-wide default wording.
Version 2.8.0
Change your sign-in email yourself; a standing message on payout emails
- Settings → Data Storage → Signed in as lets you change the account email without asking us. The old address gets a notice.
- Settings → Email Notifications has a message box that is added to every payout email, for example “if the payment has not arrived in five days, reply with your bank details”.
Version 2.7.0
Export balances owing for batch bank payments; store name fix
- Payouts → Pending → Export CSV gives names, amounts owing and each consignor's payment details, ready for a bank batch file.
- Fixed: the store name could revert to a placeholder after certain edits. The cause was found and removed.
Version 2.6.0
Pickup notices in one click
- From a consignor's page, send an expired-items or declined-items email listing the pieces and the date to collect them by. Consignloop remembers when each notice was sent.
August 2026
Version 2.0 – 2.5
Consignloop 2.0: the foundation the rest is built on
- Public consignor application form at your store's own link, with one-click Approve on the Consignors page.
- Price-tiered splits (items over a price pay the consignor more), Zelle as a payout method, brand autocomplete.
- Customisable price tags: choose the fields, the emphasis and the arrangement, on any label size.
- Customer receipts at the point of sale, one slip per checkout.
- Consignor CSV import that maps any spreadsheet's columns, removes duplicates and previews before saving.
- Consignor emails with no setup: payout notices and optional sale notifications sent from Consignloop, per consignor.
- Item numbers are issued by the server, so two staff entering items at once can no longer overwrite each other.
- Tablet layout, revenue trend chart, inventory paging, an audited way to amend a recorded payout, and the Pro plan price reduced to $89.
Released between August 13 and August 25, 2026.
