Affiliate Program Agreement

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your participation in the Consignloop affiliate program (the "Program"), operated by Dominic Rivard Inc. ("Consignloop", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these terms.

This is a plain-English summary intended to be fair and clear. It is not legal advice. We may ask you to accept an updated version as the Program grows.

1. Enrollment

To join, you submit an application and we review it. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and we may remove any affiliate from the Program. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information, including a valid PayPal email for payouts.

On approval you receive a unique referral link. When a visitor clicks it, we place a cookie in their browser that lasts 60 days. If that visitor creates a Consignloop store and starts a paid subscription within that 60-day window, the subscription is attributed to you. Attribution is last-click: if a customer clicks more than one affiliate's link, the most recent link before signup receives credit. Tracking depends on cookies and factors outside our control (for example, a customer clearing cookies or using a different device), and we can only pay commission on sales our system actually attributes to you.

3. Commissions

You earn 20% of the amounts actually paid by each customer you refer, for the first 12 months of that customer's paid subscription. For a monthly plan, that is 20% of each monthly payment for up to twelve months. For an annual plan, that is 20% of the annual payment (a single payment covering the year). Commission accrues on each successful payment and stops at the earlier of (a) twelve months from the customer's first payment, or (b) the date the customer cancels or stops paying. Commission is calculated on the subscription amount actually charged, excluding taxes and any amounts refunded.

4. Qualifying sales

A sale qualifies when a referred customer becomes a paying subscriber — that is, after their free trial converts to a paid plan. Free trials that never convert do not earn commission. A customer must be new to Consignloop; upgrades or renewals of existing customers who were not referred by you do not qualify.

5. Payment

6. Refunds & reversals

If a payment that generated a commission is later refunded, charged back, or reversed, the corresponding commission is reversed and deducted from your balance. If we determine a sale was fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise in breach of this Agreement, we may reverse the related commissions and, if already paid, offset them against future commissions.

7. How you may promote

You may promote Consignloop through your own genuine channels — websites, blogs, videos, newsletters, social media, communities, and honest personal recommendations. You must present Consignloop accurately and only make claims that are true and supported by our public materials.

8. Prohibited practices

You may not:

9. Disclosure

Where you promote Consignloop with your referral link, you must clearly disclose that it is an affiliate link and that you may earn a commission, as required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules (for example, the FTC's endorsement guidelines).

10. Term & termination

This Agreement continues until terminated by either party. You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. On termination, any validly earned, non-reversed commissions that have cleared the refund window and meet the payout threshold will be paid; commissions in breach of this Agreement may be withheld.

11. Relationship & taxes

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Consignloop, and you have no authority to bind us. Commissions are paid gross. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on amounts you receive, and for any business registration your activity requires. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Changes

We may update the Program terms — including commission rates, cookie windows, and thresholds — on a going-forward basis. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and where practical we'll notify active affiliates by email. Continued participation after a change means you accept it. Changes do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned.
